Damien’s career includes senior management roles as a Human Resources strategist and he has a depth of knowledge across all HR portfolios. He has developed his expertise in organisational development and capability, learning and development and change management and culture. He has over 20 years experience in a wide range of leading customer service organisations across a range of industries including: Insurance, Telecommunications, Leisure & Entertainment, Financial Services, Aviation, Retail & Hospitality, Recruitment and Mining & Exploration.
Damien employs expert analytical and solution identification skills and his ability to articulate strategies to implement effective solutions to complex business problems. He has excellent program design, development & delivery skills including facilitation expertise with all organisational levels. Rebecca is a seasoned organisational consultant and provides strategic and specialist advice to private and public sector organisations regarding their workforce and business priorities. She built a high performing and successful consulting team and is passionate about making a difference through people. Typical assignments include the design and integration of people strategy and programs, improving HR function effectiveness, organisation design, talent development and career strategies, performance and reward strategies. Rebecca is known for her professional integrity, trusted client relationships, and natural partnering style to deliver outcomes which ultimately improve business performance. Project highlights include working with the Kingdom of Tonga to redesign the entire public service structure; managing a transformation program for an institutional investment organisation; developing a people strategy and 3-year HR action plan for an energy regulator; and developing structural, process and capability recommendations and resourcing models for a Federal department branch.

Rob is a trained and experienced coach and is currently focussing on working with leaders to improve work relationships and communication, as well as providing the space for critically reviewing career aspirations. Typical coaching assignments include coaching the CFO of a large NGO to advance his communication skills with stakeholders; coaching a CEO to work through a change process; career coaching a senior government executive to make smart career choices. Rob works intuitively with people, drawing on many years of experience and knowledge to assist people to improve in leadership performance, communication and the quality of interpersonal work relationships. In his capacity as a coach as well as transition specialists, Rob is currently working with a number of Victorian Government departments effected by forthcoming structural changes.

He then established Reddin Partners specialising in Search, Assessment and Coaching and has since expanded the offering to include Senior Management/Leadership Team facilitation and training HR and Line Managers in Assessment Based Interviewing. David has worked right around Australia, city and country, in the US, Chile, NZ, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Philippines. David works predominantly with CEO’s and Senior Management teams to attract, develop and retain top talent.

Her experience includes working with people on issues such as leadership development, managing or adjusting to organisational change; managing workplace relationships; giving feedback and improving communication; enhancing emotional intelligence; making difficult workplace or career decisions; job application and interview support. Vicki is an active contributor to the Australian Psychological Society’s Coaching Psychology Interest Group and is currently National Treasurer and State Convenor. She has been trained at the Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology, Sydney and is a member of the Australian Coaching Industry Research Advisory Board. Industry areas include state and federal government departments, education health, a range of Not for Profit organisations and some private sector.
